Updates: Sprites, and Pay What You Want

Added some sprites and did some tweaks here and there.  There is still work to be done to make sure the arms/bullets line up properly, but I wanted to get a feel for how things look and work.  

Payment is now donation based: pay what you want.  $5 would still be nice.   At some point in the near future, the work for this game will be folded into the main sidegunner page along with new sprites for enemies.
